chenna dal, urad dal, cumin, pepper seeds, black sesame seeds, curry leaves, dried pirandai, red chilli, tamarind, salt and asafoetida.
How to use :
• Pirandai podi can be used as a side dish for idli, dosa etc.
• Pirandai podi can also be added to cooked hot rice along with ghee or sesame oil.
